1 Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of The Merit club, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
2 By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3 There is one gift voucher in the Bulagri Hotel London to be won. Voucher terms and conditions apply.
4 The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by random.org
5 You can enter without registering or making a purchase on the website by sending your name via email to info@themeritclub.com by midnight on the 30th November 2017 in the UK
6 You are required to submit your email address through the dedicated forms displayed on the The Merit club page
7 Entries complying with all conditions will be considered only
8 The winners will be required to supply their addres for the gift card to be sent to.
12 The winner will be notified by e-mail on the 1st December 2017
13The prize is transferable but no cash alternative is available.
14 The Merit club will not take responsibility for any lost vouchers - replacements cannot be issued.
15 If you are a winner, the Merit club may request you to participate in publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

19Competition ends at 11:59:59pm on 30th Novemebr and winners will be announced on the 1st December.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
