COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of The Merit club, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
2 By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3 There is one pair of Tickets for the Justin Timberlake concert at the O2 arena on the evening of the 11th July 2018 to be won. Ticket terms and conditions apply.
4 The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by upviral.com
5 You are required to follow The Merit club’s Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/themeritclub_official/
6 You are required to submit your email address through the dedicated forms displayed on the The Merit club page
7 Entries complying with all conditions will be considered only
8 You must be able to attend the event on the stated evening and under no circumstance can these be passed onto others for use
9 The winners will be required to present identity cards correlating with the names submitted in the email application before receiving the tickets for access to the show
10 The winner will be notified by e-mail on the 6th July 2018
11 The prize tickets will be made available for collection on the evening at the O2 arena unless alternative arrangements are organised by The Merit club
12 The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13 The Merit club will not take responsibility for any lost tickets - replacements cannot be issued.
14 If you are a winner, the Merit club may request you to participate in publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

16 Details of the winner will be available two weeks after the draw dates by sending a SAE to The Merit Club, (20-22 Wenlock road N1 7GU )
17 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
18 Competition ends at 11:59:59pm on 5th July and winners will be announced on the 3rd April
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
