On Saturday 25th November, The Hoxten Holborn are hosting a full day of workshops, yoga and meditation with the Advaya Initiative for you to learn how to connect with the guidance of your body, the Universe, and your natural cycles. You’ll leave feeling empowered and creative after tuning into the rhythms of nature, shifting negative patterns and opening the doorway for change.
After a fresh start to your day with your choice of Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa Krama yoga with Christabel Reed, or Life Drawing the Female Form, you will enjoy a healthy and revitalising Ayurvedic lunch. This will be followed by an afternoon session which will kick off with a Lunar Cycle Alignment Workshop by Merilyn Keskula (Mylky Moon Lab) who’ll chat about how women can transform and develop to run their businesses by helping them align with universal cycles. Grab yourself an Ayurvedic Tumeric Tea or Latte before a Wunder Workshop about how to use food as a functional tool to enrich your body. The day will close with a talk on harmonising the body, mind, and spirit with Ayurveda and a meditation and manifestation session led by Ruby Reed.
