Presented by Science Gallery
BLOOD: Life Uncut is an exhibition and event series that demonstrates the essential, expressive and visceral nature of blood.
Featuring a range of international artists, including Jordan Eagles, Katharine Dowson, Live Art Development Agency, Chris Milk and poet Sabrina Mahfouz, the exhibition celebrates new collaborations between artists and scientists, tackling issues which are often invisible and offering fresh perspectives on menstruation, Ebola, sickle cell anaemia, blood donation, forensics and blood typing.
Accompanying the exhibition will be a programme of performances and workshops in the Gallery and local area, providing an immersive and engaging experience.
Date: Thursday 12 October – Wednesday 1 November
