What to expect?

In this talk Gaurav will explain how he uses the power of empathy to build customer trust and increase employee motivation. Gaurav is the author of Compassion Inc (Penguin 2018) where he outlines the economics of empathy in life and business.

These informal sessions include business masterclasses, self-improvement workshops and roundtable discussions.
