FEMINIST STITCHING

  • Blabar 3A Lacy Road London, England, SW15 1NH United Kingdom (map)

What better way to show your appreciation to the empowering trailblazers of the feminist movement than to take the time to stitch a likeness of them. Embroidery is not easy at all but it shows perseverance, patience, skill, dedication and creativity.

The brilliant textile artist Eleanor Flynn will be leading this class. Choose from her images of Caitlan, Beyonce, Emmeline, Malala or belle to learn the skills and leave ready to stitch up a storm
