This event is calling all women to enjoy a day full of fitness, food, film and fun discussions. The Laundry Arts wants to celebrate women, Creativity and Sport with support from Nike Women. 

You can expect to be starting the day off by taking part in an energetic boxing fitness class hosted by 12 x 3. Which will be followed by an amazing 3 course meal provided by Zoe's Ghana Kitchen. The day will then continue with discussions from Bryony Stone, the deputy editor of It's Nice That, the founder of Romance FC, Trisha Lewis and many other creative pioneers. This is just a little taster of what to expect at this insightful, powerful and fun event.

Location: The Institute of Light

Investment: Full day ticket costs £30 (+ booking fee) includes workout clothes for boxing class, 3 course meal and access to film screenings, panel discussions and evening DJ sets. Half day ticket costs £13 (+ booking fee) includes access to film screenings, Supporting Your Community panel discussion and evening DJ set.
