W.I.O is a pop up fitness class that combines HIIT and strength training with a focus on technique and form. The classes are high energy and effective for increasing energy and strength building. The trainers pay special attention to warming up and cooling down in a calm manner whilst still fitting in a decent workout.
This workout class is intimate with only 15 spots available and it mixes on the spot workouts with circuit-based training.
