DREAMS: THE UNCONSCIOUS REVEALED

  • Freud Museum 20 Maresfield Gardens London, England, NW3 United Kingdom (map)

This short workshop will provide an overview of Freud's theory of dreams using your own to illustrate some of his key ideas and concepts.

Dreams are both mysterious and mundane: we all dream, and most dreams are forgotten almost immediately on waking. However, there are some dreams that cause confusion and create puzzling events. Sigmund Freud published The Interpretation of Dreams in 1899 in which he set out his theory that dreams are a form of wish fulfilment. And in this one hour workshop you will reflect on his theory and see how it may apply to your own dreams.

Date: Sunday 8th July 2:30pm-3:30pm

Location: Freud Museum

Investment: £10 per person. Tickets include admission to the Museum.
