Food is an essential part of our diet, but our relationship with food, how we eat, how we feel about food and how we use it all comes early on in life.
This weekend workshop will be delivered by Vivian Broughton who believes that very few people have a simple and healthy relationship with food. She states that 'that our relationship with food is directly linked to our earliest relationship.' Vivian will the Constellation of the Intention Method in order to personally explore our relationship with food and with our eating self by answering the all important question: Do I eat my food from my Healthy Self, or from my Survival Self?
