International Womens’ Day marks the start of a very exciting collaboration we are so proud to be part of: ‘Beneath the Surface’ series. We are ready to debunk the myths of success. Each ‘Beneath the Surface’ event will meet you with an exciting topic and great guest speakers focusing on uncovering a variety of insights.

WHAT TO EXPECT
For our first Beneath the Surface session, we are exploring our journeys towards 'Finding Ourselves' and how we have all overcome individual challenges in order to build successful businesses we run today and how we built up the courage to move to London, find our own paths and not be defined by our relationships or social expectations.
It’s so easy to see images of success, but it’s harder to know the full story. It often remains hidden 'beneath the surface' how much those we admire and think they have it all had to sacrifice and what real challenges they had to go through to get where they are now. We will explore questions around how our relationships have changed over time as a result. We will question if we can maintain a healthy work-life balance or if it is not even on the agenda anymore. As well as delve into exploring if this 'successful life' is what we thought it was going to be like before we started our businesses?
