We are very excited to announce the Merit Club's first cocktail making masterclass; an exclusive event reserved especially for our members, at a venue that is not open to the public and never will be.
In partnership with London Essence and Ecoworld Ballymore, we invite you to join us at the botanically inspired Wardian London Design Cube near Canary Wharf to teach you a thing or two about cocktail making and pick up some new tricks, connections, and friendships along the way.
To celebrate the Merit Club's launch and to welcome our first members, we are looking forward to an informal and fun event, as the perfect excuse to get to know each other a little more and make some delicious cocktails.
This workshop welcomes all levels of cocktail-making experience and promises to teach any beginner how to create a variety of impressive cocktails. It will educate us with unique pairings and herbal mixology in the art of cocktail making. Then, after learning how to make your favourite G&T, canapés will be served and guests will be able to enjoy their handmade personal concoctions.
Situated in a botanical garden-inspired green house by the river Thames, the Wardian Botanical Cube is a truly unique venue. Surrounded by beautifully lit buildings and night lights, enjoy beautiful surroundings and some of London's finest sights, together with fun and relaxed company.

London Essence
A company that creates delicious mixers, London Essence specialises in using distilled elements, as well as alternative sweetening agents. They reduce the calorie count of their drinks and present an up-market alternative to standard mixers.
Using the London Essence tonic range as an example; their tonics range from light and complex, with good bitterness in the classic tonic and grapefruit examples, to subtle sweetness in the Bitter Orange and Elderflower options.
Ecoworld Ballymore
The Wardian is a joint development by Ecoworld and Ballymore. This unique development is set to be finished by 2019 where every home will have its own garden, inspired by the creativity of 19th-century botanist Nathanial Bagshaw Ward. Here, sounds of the city are replaced by the music of the gardens, and the skyline can only be glimpsed through the beautiful greenery. This is what has been replicated in this beautiful oasis in the middle of Canary Wharf, where you will have the chance to relax and enjoy a unique experience of culinary delights.
