We are delighted to have Heather Bird Tchenguiz as our keynote speaker at the pilot ‘Women Who Lead’ breakfast. Merit’s theme for September is ‘Taking control over your life’, where personal finances play a key role. What is your relationship with money? Can you save towards a luxury life? Financial adviser turned entrepreneur, Urenna Okonkwo will provide real life tips on luxury yet smart living.

About Heather Bird Tchenguiz
Heather is a lady with a mission and long list of achievements. She set up her own successful beauty clinic HB Health Group, which features London’s premier Anti-Ageing Clinic – HB Health, in the heart of Knightsbridge. The clinic is loved by celebrity clients such as Tiffany Trump, Rose McGowan and Calum Best.
Now, Heather is one of the most looked up to ladies in London’s high-class society and is a frequent guest to the Capital’s most exclusive events. Having been married to one of the UK’s wealthiest real estate entrepreneurs Robert Tchenguiz, she has witnessed first-hand how businesses are built. What inspired her to start one?
As a leading healthcare and anti-ageing visionary, she is passionate about finding ways to make the life-enhancing medical breakthroughs of the new anti-ageing medical science, bio-technology and preventive health care available to as many people as possible, not only for those who are well off.
ABOUT Urenna Okonkwo
Financial adviser turned entrepreneur, Urenna Okonkwo has provided investment advice to high net worth individuals in both London and abroad. She is the founder of Cashmere, a smart savings platform that helps fashion-conscious women and girls save towards and buy luxury goods and experiences in a financially responsible manner. Urenna is experienced in building strategic relationships, having previously secured and managed partnerships with leading luxury, finance and lifestyle consumer brands. She has combined her love for fashion and technology with her background in finance to inspire and influence modern millennial women to enjoy luxury while also being financially savvy. Her vision is to empower women to be better with their finances so that they can afford they lifestyle they desire. Urenna has been heavily involved with impact projects that provide opportunities to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, e.g. mentoring young girls who are interested in tech careers, helping young people who want to start their own businesses, and helping improve the financial literacy and empowerment of young adults via talks and workshops.

Moderator - Tzvete Doncheva
Originally from Bulgaria, Tzvete moved to London to purse an International Relations degree at Queen Mary University of London. She started her career in media shortly after graduation (2016) and became the UK correspondent for Bulgaria’s largest media group BTV. She’s since continued onto PR and technology, working in the London start up scene – connecting the digital ecosystem (urban mobility focused) start-ups, investors, corporates and public sector actors as the innovation manager in residence at London Connectory. She is also an adviser to The Entrepreneurs Network, UK’s leading think tank for entrepreneurs. Why is financial independence important and what are her tips to millennial women? She will join Heather as a second speaker, sharing insights from her journey from the beauty scene to technology.

What to expect?
Doors will open at 8am for breakfast and coffees with the casual discussion starting at 8:30am. We are planning an interactive event for you around this topic at a beautiful location, followed by plenty of chats and networking of course :)
