We are so excited to invite you to our new talk series hosted during our bi-weekly Coworking Days, where we invite experts to do a 45-minute lunchtime talk or workshop tackling various areas of business, career & lifestyle. These events aim to give you tips to help with your work concerns and issues you may face as a business owner, freelancer or professional.

This workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to learn how to become your customer and anticipate future customer needs in much greater detail, which can then be used to improve conversion rates to close your deals.
About Laetitia
Laetitia Gordon-Furse is a passionate EQ Enthusiast who launched Lupa following a career in management consulting and industry. She had realised that often having the ‘smartest people in the room’ was only one small component of success, and that emotional intelligence was becoming more and more important for businesses and their clients, and so Lupa was born.
Lupa delivers bespoke people consulting services to both individuals and teams.
