HOSTED BY RADA BUSINESS OPEN COURSES
As you progress through your career, it can be a challenge to sustain the belief in your own ability and potential, and have the confidence to put yourself forward for senior positions.
This is particularly challenging in a workplace dominated by “macho” behaviours. This two-day, highly practical course is designed for women at management level to address these specific challenges, and to equip you with the skills, impact and influence to drive towards the next stage of your career.
By exploring the power of your physicality, voice and language, you will gain skills to come across with authority and credibility as a woman in the workplace, and to build resilience and effectiveness.
You will reflect on your current management style, and discover how to flex your new skills to influence key stakeholders and the behaviours of those around you.
The course will also give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice, by working through a self-chosen, challenging role-play scenario simulated by professional actors.
A maximum participant/tutor ratio of eight to one, plus role-players, provides a high level of individual attention and feedback.
